The open oil-free linear bearing guide sleeve is based on high-quality copper alloy, inlaid with the solid lubricant according to a certain angle and proportion(normally 15-30% of surface area, does not affect the working strength but realizes the lubrication function), and machining by precision machine. When the bearing is working, the linear expansion coefficient of metal and solid lubricants is different due to the friction heat. Lubricants will form a solid lubrication film on the working surface to achieve the effect of self-lubrication and maintenance-free.
The graphite-copper sleeve is mainly based on a high-strength copper alloy as a matrix (also known as JDB Solid Inlayed Self-Lubricating Bearings). It is used as a lubricant to replace the traditional copper sleeve with the solid lubricant embedded in the special matrix. It cannot be refueled, is oil-free in the long term, and compensates for the lack of traditional copper sleeves. It features high load capacity, impact resistance, high-temperature resistance, strong self-lubrication, and so on. It is especially suitable for heavy loads, low speed, reciprocating or oscillating motion, which are difficult to lubricate and form an oil film. Due to the high hardness and strength and low cost, the service life of the slow heavy load is twice that of the ordinary copper sleeve, so it is preferred by customers. Different sizes and materials can be customized according to customers’ requirements.
