we follow a fully integrated manufacturing process for NC4, CA104, and NCS. The alloys can undergo various forming processes such as extrusion, forging, and die stamping. Hot forming at temperatures between 800 to 950°C is suitable, while cold forming is not recommended.

The alloys exhibit good behavior in arc welding, MIG, and TIG welding but are not suitable for acetylene welding and soft soldering. Machinability is comparable to 30% free-cutting brass.
